Aggression and Your Relationship
Are you interested in finding out just how much of a role aggression plays in your relationships including but not limited to work, family and friends. Does biology impact your aggression, your choices? your behavior? Attend an educational coaching workshop on June 29th from 8-11:30 pm to understand some elements of the biology of aggression and emotion. We will also look at how aggression affects our relationships, and action steps we can take to reduce the stress, aggression and negative consequences that are usually involved when we don't take time to incorporate space and intellect in a situation. This workshop will utilize hands-on activities that help to reduce anger and tension on a cognitive level as well as helping you to build on the strengths you have to handle the facets in interpersonal communication with those you want to improve communication with. Identify what type of communication is your primary style and what the negatives and positives are to that style.
